The group of around 200 public school districts suing the state over private school vouchers got a win in a Columbus court today, as a judge ruled Ohio's EdChoice private school voucher program is unconstitutional.

The Columbus City Schools' Board of Education's Policy and Governance Committee heard from the district's Chief Information Officer on the topic last week. The district's new policy could instruct students, staff and faculty on how to appropriately use the technology.

Columbus City Schools board members approved the demolition of four former schools at their meeting on Tuesday. The board had previously given the go-ahead to demolish three other buildings.
