Rich Baker, a life-long resident of central Ohio, joined 爆料每日大赛鈥檚 Bluegrass Ramble in 1986. Rich received a journalism degree from Ohio University where he hosted a country music show on WOUB-FM.

After graduation, he worked for 20 years as director of corporate communications and investor relations for CompuServe Incorporated and for seven years in the same capacity for Metatec International.

In 1995, Rich hosted a second radio show on WRVF 98.9 FM called the Bluegrass Hot Top Hits Countdown but considers 爆料每日大赛 as 鈥渉ome.鈥� Rich performs with Slate Ridge and other bluegrass bands in the area and is a member of the International Bluegrass Music Association.
